FILM CREW VICTORIA’S FEE STRUCTURE – How We Became The Most Affordable in the Country…
In March of 08 as part of our first ever fee review - we surveyed our members asking them to nominate their preferred choice of fees from 3 possible options.
Overwhelmingly, the majority of respondents expressed their wish to keep the monthly fees as affordable as possible in preference to keeping an altered block booking discount. (In the past we'd offered a 50% discount for each 4 wk block that a member was booked out.) The other 2 options on the table included ways a block booking discount could still be applied. Both involved increasing the monthly rate &/or the minimum periods necessary for a discount to be applied.
Most members were quiet alarmed at the prospect of having to pay more than $90 a month in order to be eligible for a discount! Our fees are now the most affordable in the country with other agents either very close to, or having crossed, the $100 price point!
We are proud of the fact that we care about what our members think & how they feel. We prefer to take the time to run a survey on these & other issues that matter as apposed to simply announcing, ‘this is how it’s gunna be…’

FILM CREW VICTORIA’S TABLE OF RATES (as of May 2008)
>> Monthly Fee: $77 per month (including GST)
>> 7 for 6 Deal: Pay for 6 months upfront and receive 1 month free!
>> 12 for 10 Deal: Pay for 10 months upfront and receive 2 months free!
>> “Interstate Listings”: In keeping with practices of interstate crew agents, crew who are based interstate and already listed with another agent will be eligible for half fee listings. If Film Crew Victoria is the sole agent, full fee will apply.
>> “Overseas Travel”: If you are leaving the country for 4 or more weeks, you will be eligible for half fee. This does not apply to inter-state travel.

TAKE 100 PRIZE DRAW -- HOW IT WORKS...
:: “Prompt Payment – Prize Draw”: If you pay your monthly account within 14 days of the due date, you will be entered automatically in the monthly prize draw! Members who choose to pay their account upfront are automatically entered into monthly prize draws while their account remains in credit. The winner can select one gift voucher to the value of $100!
:: Invoices & Statements are issued at the start of the month, for the current month and are due at the end of that month. Upfront payment deals are not contracts. Refunds pro-rata will be issued for any unused portion of up front payments.
Payment Options include: Credit Card Facility (Visa & Mastercard), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT via Internet or Telephone Banking), Cheque & Cash.
